PVC Coatings
The Readco Containerized Batch Mixer has been used to coat PVC pellets with an UV inhibitor for controlled let down in the actual extrusion process. The ability of the Containerized Batch Mixer to controlled the amount and time of blending maintains original particle size while shortening the total blend time with other batch blending methods.
Eye Shadow
The Readco Containerized Batch Mixer has been used to blend various powders with heavy pigment loading and binder, producing deep blue colors for eye shadow. Controlling the blending intensity and time provides very precise control of the ingredients and eliminating unwanted wasted product.
